Lot 79 | Hamilton Vega, Electric Est. $700 - 900 Are you feeling the Ventura vibes? The Hamilton Vega was designed by world renowned designer Richard Arbib and features a futuristic design like its more common sibling. Only produced for a few years, this rare model is often referred to as the "Jetsons Watch" by collectors due to the overlap between its production and the cartoon series as well as the space-age case shape and dial. Powered by the Hamilton 11J cal 505 electric movement, this model uses a battery to power an electromagnetic coil that keeps a traditional balance wheel oscillating, employing gears and a balance wheel like a mechanical watch.
