Mvt: NR, good verge function with pressure but chain is broken off at barrel hook, plates show good gilding with minor faint cloudiness, hardly any FS; dial is quite rare, showing a few fine surface scratches, a faint hl at 8, very thin concealed edge loss from 12:30 to 1:30, and some washout of the original painted numerals to fainter shadows - the overall look is reasonably good (NOTE: do not clean this dial, as the painting has little glaze to protect it); hands are of mixed type, within 20 years to either side of the date of manufacture, one or the other might even be original; original heavy gauge inner case shows light wear, light toned tarnish, a few MFS, no dents or dings; original outer case shows light wear but medium hinge wear, heavier mottled tarnish, replaced button and worn latch, just barely keeping the case closed; original bow & pendant show light wear & heavy tarnish to former; good domed glass crystal; papers have losses & staining
