Mvt: GRO, good balance motion, good poise, near mint plates show hardly any MFS, good slots & mint settings, tiniest oxide on bright work, very few MFS on click wheel but missing one of the three screws to the click wheel center; dial has single faint hl at 4 only; hands good but with numerous rust patches; original case shows very light wear but there are some pry marks on the pendant under the crown that look like some one tried to get the lever set watch to set by forcing the crown out, which obviously it will not do; otherwise the case shows abundant MFS, a couple of FS, a tiny ding in the band; bow & crown show very light wear, but the same watch abuser lightly hammered the crown top to see if that would help transform the watch into pendant setting - one presumes the hammering to thus be done by magic wand ending in failure; amazingly, the underside of the crown saw little distress from the prying operation; good glass crystal; a very handsome example with case marred by ignorance
