Mvt: GRO, good balance motion, good poise, near mint plates show hardly any MFS, good slots & settings, tiny oxide on bright work with some tiny specks and a spot on the winding wheels; dial has surface dirt and some printing loss in the signature - one can see what probably happened: the watch was without crystal for a long time, the surface became coated with dirt, an attempt was made to clean and loss occured along with some remnant UFS from cloth cleaning; hands good but have a little surface film; original case shows hardly any wear, original satin line, numerous MFS, no dents or dings; bow & crown show hardly any wear; good glass crystal; a near mint watch that suffered the mishap of having no crystal in a dirty or greasy environment and being cleaned incorrectly; a mint dial could yield a near mint watch
