Mvt: GRO, good balance motion, good poise, near mint plates show hardly any MFS, good slots & settings, no oxide on bright work; dial has solitary hl below seconds; hands good but seconds too small; original heavy gauge case shows light wear, some MFS, no dents but a hidden small ding visible only internally in the back at the edge; bow & crown show light wear; good glass crystal; one hardly ever sees a Howard case contract for another mvt, clearly custom ordered
