Mvt: Running, slightly sluggish balance motion, good poise but out of beat, plates show good gilding but loose dirt & oil smear, mvt needs OH; otherwise plates show few MFS, good slots & settings, hardly any oxide on bright work; dial almost mint, faint hl under seconds; hands good; original very heavy gauge case was initially designed for a standard lever position, so the bezel has a replaced section where it was cut out; then a new slot was cut for the conversion lever; the cuvette shows no sign of ever having been filled, and the case shows no sign of any other mvt ever being in it; so apparently it was desired to have this specific conversion mvt go into this specific SW-LS case; the case shows hardly any wear, few MFS, no dents, only the tiniest back ding; bow & crown show light wear; good glass crystal; a very heavy and impressive watch, will be near mint overall with cleaning of the mvt
