Mvt: GRO, good balance motion, good poise, plates show some MFS, good slots & settings overall with mismatched case screws, faint oxide on bright work; dial has light hls at 5, small fracture at 7:30; hands good, light oxide; original medium to light gauge case shows light wear, some MFS, the lighter case gauge has allowed buckling and inward compression to both lids, the back more than the front, along with a few dents or dings in covers & cuvette; bow & crown show light wear; good glass crystal; while the box hinges are of fairly heavy construction, the light gauges for the covers & cuvette make them very sensitive to compression; case will need to be re-blocked to improve the degree of compression somewhat and remove the dents; covers like these must be closed at the edges, never pressing towards the center
