Mvt: GRO, lively balance motion, errors in flat and round with noticeable dancing of the upper pivot under the cap, may need slight pivot straightening, or may need truing as well, plates show characteristically slightly dark gilding, fine to medium speckle acoss the plates and barrel, very few MFS, good slots & settings, very tiny oxide on bright work edges; dial perfect, a couple of specks of glue residue only; hands near mint; very heavy gauge original case shows medium even wear, some faint tarnish, residue, a few MFS, no dents or dings, gold hinges good but loosening; bow & push show medium wear; good glass crystal; the nice engraving depth of the case along with its mass makes for a handsome original case to a higher grade series III; excellent original condition overall
