From Logan Airport, Boston, MA: Through the Sumner Tunnel to Route 93N.  Near Manchester, NH take Rte 293N (left hand exit off Rte 93).  After Brown Ave exit stay to right as 293N bears right.  Stay on Rte 293N to Exit #5/Granite Street.  Turn right at bottom of ramp, and then go through two sets of lights.  Hotel garage is next left.   

From Maine, Portsmouth, NH: Take Route 95 South to Route 101 West to Manchester, NH. Bear right onto 293 N/101 West.  After Brown Ave exit stay to right as 293N bears right.  Stay on Rte 293N to Exit #5/Granite Street.  Turn right at bottom of ramp, and then go through two sets of lights.  Hotel garage is next left.    

From Vermont:  Take route 89S to Rte 93S to Rte 293S.  On 293 S take exit #6.  Exit will circle around and over the Amoskeag Bridge.  Stay right and take Canal St ramp.  Follow Canal St for about 1 mile (8 sets of lifhts) to Granite St (Bus station is on your left).  Take left on Granite St.  Hotel garage is next left.

From NJ, NYC, CT:  Take Rte 95N to New Haven, then Rte 91N to Hartford.  From Hartford, take Rte 84 to Rte 90 (Mass Pike).  Take Mass Pike to Rte 290 (Worcester) to Rte 495 (Lowell) to Rte 3N (Nashua).  Stay on Rte 3.  Just South of Manchester, NH Rte 3 becomes Rte 293.  Take Exit #5/Granite Street.  Turn right at bottom of ramp, then go through two sets of lights.  Hotel garage is next left.

1.             There is No Buyer’s Premium, No Sales Tax, and No Extra Credit Card Charges.

2.             Absentee bids will be executed as a convenience to customers when possible.  Please see our Absentee Bidder Form for more instructions on how to bid if you cannot attend the auction.   Payment is due within 10 days of receiving invoice.  The auction house will not be held responsible for any errors or failures to accurately execute bids.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the sales in person.

3.             All floor bidders must sign in with the clerk and receive a bidder number.  Payment is due by the end of the auction.  The auction house reserves the right to hold property until check clears and to refuse to register questionable clients.

Directions for placing an Absentee Bid with Jones & Horan Auction Team using this Absentee Bidder Form:

 

1. Make sure you know exactly what you are bidding on!  If you have any questions, call or email us. Please have all questions in to us at least seven days prior to the auction.  We guarantee all descriptions.  We will promptly refund your money  (along with any shipping charges) if any errors were made in our verbal or printed descriptions. 

2. Detach and use this form, (or use any form similar to this) and mail, fax or email us your bids. There is no need for a deposit – we will trust you to pay promptly if you win bids.  We will enact your bids competitively.  If there is more than one absentee bid on a lot, the item will start at one bid above the second highest.

3. Expect an invoice to be forwarded to you within the first five days following the auction if you are the winning bidder, or you may call the office for results 72 hours after the auction. Payment is due within 10 days of receiving invoice.
