GRO, excellent motion, fine poise, HS nearly perfect in cylindrical shape, evidence of older restoration of detent, as the detent foot has been moved outward on the plate, and the original screw-hole filled, with no apparent detriment to performance of the Earnshaw type escapement, original inner & outer cases, showing modest overall wear & microfine scratches, 3 faint dial hls connecting noticeably only within the seconds area beneath 60, edge flake at 11:30, hands appropriate but not original, Philadelphia paper with 1833 repair date
