Runs but the winding & setting apparatus is disengaged or broken, dial chips at 12 (large) & 4 (tiny) hidden under bezel; presumably the tide dial runs in lunar hours, but this function has not been examined; the dial is also reversed, expressing the time until the next high or low tide, case is heavy with not much wear
