Runs a bit sluggishly, mvt very dirty, tiny oxide on winding wheels, blacking gone, file mark on edge near s#, chatons & slots good, original case with Howard logo on dust cover, quite worn but fairly even, almost perfect dial with hl only under seconds, but very dirty as well
